HomeMy WebLinkAboutItems 6 and 7 Presentation 11-27-17Town Council NOVEMBER 27TH, 2017 1 Item 6 –Charles Schwab Batch Plant SUP-10-06-17 SPECIFIC USE PERMIT 2Item 6 Summary •Part of Charles Schwab Phase 1 construction •Located west of Phase 1 (in the phase 2 portion) •Allows for concrete manufacturing on-site •Reduces traffic in the area •Increases rate of construction •Not part of Schwab Way construction 3Item 6 Vicinity Map 4Item 6 Batch Plant Location 5 Batch Plant Item 6 Staff Recommendation The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this item subject to the following conditions: •TCEQ Requirements:The batch plant must comply with all TCEQ and EPA regulations for batch plants (air/dust quality) and the applicant must acknowledge compliance. •Hours of Operation and Noise:Noise must not exceed the decibel limits at the property line established by Town Ordinances.
