NOW, THEREFOOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, T SE77`tO W 1: That, the Town Council of the Town of Westlake herby casts its votes for a position o",-the Bo d of Directors of the Denton Central Appraisal District for a term of two years begiA A uary j�-,2018, as follows: 1 vote for SECTION 2: If any portion of this Resolution shall, for any reason, be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof and the Council hereby determines that it would have adopted this Resolution without the invalid provision.
