NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission
of the Town of Westlake, Texas will conduct public hearings
commencing at 7 : 00 p.m. on November 4 , 1991 at the Town Hall,
Three Village Circle, Suite 207 , Westlake, Texas to consider
the following agenda:
1y Public Hearing on a Comprehensive Plan for the
Town of Westlake.
2 . Consider recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on
the Comprehensive Plan.
3 . Consider amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ord-
inance to permit a new zoning classification entitled
"PD-Planned Development Districts" .
4 . Consider a new Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the
Town of Westlake.
5. Consider recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the Town of
Westlake.
6 . Public Hearing to consider a request to rezone the
Circle T Ranch, a ranch consisting of 2000 acres of
land, from "L-Low Density Residential" and "P-Planned
Office Park" to "PD-Planned Development District" .
7. Consider recommendation to the Board of Aldermen on
the rezoning of the Circle T Ranch.
8. Discussion of developmemt plans concerning the Circle T
Ranch.
