NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
conduct public hearings commencing at 7 : 00 p.m. on November
18 , 1991 at the Town Hall, Three Village Circle, Suite 207 ,
Westlake, Texas to consider the following.
1. A Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Westlake.
2 . Amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to
Permit a new zoning classification entitled "PD-Planned
Development Districts" .
3 . A new Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the Town of
Westlake.
4 . A rezoning request to rezone the Circle T Ranch, a
ranch consisting of 2000 acres of land, from "L-Low
Density Residential" and "P-Planned Office Park" to
"PD-Planned Development District" .
