Work Session
1. CALL TO ORDER
President Wheat called the work session to order at 5:05 p.m.
2. DISCUSSION ITEMS
a. Presentation and discussion of the Westlake Academy Board of Trustees Parents
Survey by ETC.
Superintendent Brymer introduced the item.

Mrs. DeGan and Dr. Bryson provided a presentation and overview of the survey.
Discussion ensued regarding the number of families participating in the survey and
number of surveys mailed, MYP results, college counseling, significant gains, new
survey technology, timing of the survey, academic progression, the
registration/enrollment process, and uniform vendor.
3. BOARD RECAP / STAFF DIRECTION
No additional direction.
4. ADJOURNMENT
President Wheat adjourned the work session at 5:48 p.m.
