Westlake Academy in the morning and at the Museum in the evening. School funds may be
available to provide a copy of the Constitution to each student. Other ideas were discussed for
improving the event next year to increase attendance. Bert Schultz suggested having a formal
program with a question and answer time. The thought was to have the visitors attend a one-
hour program to create synergy within the group rather than spread the event throughout the

prior to the formal event or a dessert time afterwards to draw more people and to provide time
for discussion. President Thornton suggested having a special speaker such as a Texas Supreme
