•Survey Description:
–4 pages in length
–survey took approximately 13 minutes to complete
•Sample size: 245 parents completed the survey
•Method of Administration:
–by mail with follow-up by phone and email
•Confidence level: 95%
•Margin of error: +/-4.47% overall

Summary
•Westlake Academy is moving in the right direction
•Parents are generally more satisfied than ever with the
Academy’s services and programs
•Satisfaction ratings are all time highs in many areas
•Among 30 programs and services that were assessed,
satisfaction increased significantly in 20 areas; there were
only 2 significant decreases
•Most (79%) parents believe their children are progressing
“ahead of or at expectations”, which was a new high
•Satisfaction with Westlake Academy’s ability to support
children with special needs/disabilities increased 25%
•Top two priorities for parents: (1) Academic progress of their
child and (2) social/emotional progress of their child
