PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Tracy Schomack, Mark Harrow, Randy
Quick and Bryant Fisher.
OTHERS PRESENT: None
1. CALL TO ORDER
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 8:45 p.m.
2. RECEIVE DENTON PROJECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ITEMS. TAKE ACTION AS
NECESSARY.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Tracy Schomack was instructed to discuss with
property manager and bondholder and return recommendations to
the board.
3. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM BRYANT FISHER REGARDING WESTLAKE ACADEMY
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANCE.
The board received Director Fisher report in the previous meeting.
4. ADJOURN.
Meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
