Why the increase in cost?
FIRE STATION COST INCREASE
10% to 15% increase in fire station construction in the past 3 years
Increase $880,000 to $1.2M
Today basic fire station square feet cost $360 to $375
2013 to 2015 sq. ft. cost range from $264 to $330

Includes, building exterior, site work, water feature and landscaping
