∗Two draft agreements

∗Donor appraised the value of the five acre property at
$1,750,000
∗Town manager to sign all necessary agreement and
documents
∗Upon approval and receipt of the proceeds from the $8.5M
Certificates of Obligation, any funds paid for these services
through the General Fund will be reimbursed.
