The Typographical Error
The final text of Ordinance 691, Part II,
Section 4 contained a typographical error that
deleted a key building setback intended to
keep commercial structures set back from
residential uses
Intended text relative to yards adjacent to
residential property:
3. Five hundred (500) feet from any residentially
zoned area except for the areas described in
exhibits "A -1"and "A -2” (Granada & Entrada)
Proposed Zoning Amendment
Restore the 500 foot building setback –
northern boundary of residential areas
(Glenwyck Farms, Terra Bella)
Retain the 500 foot building setback for
the area of PD 1-1 adjacent to Granada
Remove the 500 foot building setback for
the area of PD 1-1 adjacent to Entrada
