•This replat defines:
1.Four commercial lots, related easements, & rights-of-way
2.Two common area landscape lots
3.Public access and utility easement (privately maintained/publicly accessible
street)
4.Roses Drive and a portion of Andorra Drive
•Related PD Site Plan approved 2/15/16
•Complies with Entrada Development Plan and Preliminary Plat
•Developer in early stages of infrastructure placement
Item 5: Entrada Block L & Cortes Replat
•This replat defines:
1.Block L, Lot 6 –Donated by the developer to the Town
2.Lot 2X, used to define retaining wall
3.Cortes Drive, Entrada’s future main entryway and thoroughfare
•No approved or proposed PD Site Plan for Block L, Lot 6
•Complies with Entrada Development Plan and Preliminary Plat
Item 6: Fire-EMS Station Replat
•Replat establishes the lot boundary, easements, and rights-of-way for
the 5-acre site that was generously donated by Fidelity Investments
for the construction of an estimated 15,940 sq. ft. Fire-EMS station
•Lot will be designated Lot 2, Fidelity Investments Addition, Phase I

•Rezoning to Government Use classification required to legally
accommodate Fire & EMS related uses
