•Request for an on-site only, temporary concrete batch plant
•Two primary advantages compared to premixed, delivered concrete:
1.Greatly reduces amount of construction traffic
2.Generally reduces overall infrastructure construction time
•Dust/exhaust generated by batch plants is regulated by TCEQ/EPA
•Hours of operation regulated by noise levels produced

proposed.

•Replat legally defines:
•12 residential lots, related easements and rights-of-way
•Common areas
•Public Access & Utility Easement (Piedra Court)
•Replat does not authorize vertical construction
Staff Recommendation
•Staff recommends approval of this replat.
