2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD AUGUST 23, 2016
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, for the following:
Section 551.071 CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY - to seek advice of counsel on legal
matters involving pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or other legal
matters not related directly to litigation or settlement.
(a) Consultation with Attorney seeking advice of its attorney about pending or
contemplated litigation: Cambridge C & D Certificate Holders
(b) Consultation with Attorney seeking advice of its attorney about pending or
contemplated litigation: MMA Capital

Section 551.072. DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY - to deliberate a
negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation to the state or the governmental
body if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position
of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person
(a) Deliberation concerning the possible sale of Town Lake Apartments in Austin,
Texas
4. RECONVENE MEETING
5. TAKE ANY ACTION, IF NEEDED, FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS
6. RECEIVE UPDATES FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON OPERATIONS AND
CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FISCAL YEAR 2017 REVISED BUDGET FOR THE
CAMBRIDGE PROPERTY
7. RECEIVE UPDATES FROM DIRECTOR BRYANT FISHER REGARDING SMART
BOARDS NEEDED BY WESTLAKE ACADEMY
8. ADJOURNMENT
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN ONE
OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF THE
TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
