TOWN OF WESTLAKE
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas
held a joint public hearing and public meeting with the Board of
Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas on August 3, 1982 at the
Dudley Ranch in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
Mr. Scott Bradley, Planning and Zoning Chairman opened the joint
public hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board
of Aldermen at 7:45 p.m. The public hearing was to consider the
request by Robert Thomas, Trustee to rezone an approximate 300 acre
tract of land from Low Density Residential, High Density Residential,
and Retail Districts to Planned Office Park District.
Since Mr. Bradley was the only Planning and Zoning member in attendence,
no action could be made on the request for lack of a quorum. However,
Mr. Bradley asked that the record show that he favors the request for
rezoning.
Commission Bradley then closed the public hearing.
