TOWN OF WESTLAKE
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake held a
joint public hearing and public meeting with the Board of Aldermen
of the Town of Westlake, Texas on July 10, 1982 at the Dudley Ranch
in the Town of Westlake. The following members were present:
Mr. Scott Bradley, Chairman
Mr. William V. Foster, Planning and Zoning member
Chairman Bradley called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
The public hearing was held to discuss amending Ordinance #49, the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Westlake.
After discussion the two Planning and Zoning members were in disagree-
ment on the matter. Commissioner Scott Bradley was for recommending
amending Ordinance #49 and Commissioner William V. Foster was against
amending the Ordinance.
The Planning and Zoning Commission forwarded the proposed Ordinance
to the Board of Aldermen for consideration without a recommendation.
