Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, July 10, 1995
Present: Charla Bradshaw, Randy Loftis; Town Attorney,
Paul Isham and Town Engineer, Greg Edwards.
Absent: B. J. Minyard
The meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was called
to order at 6:10 P.M. by Chariperson Charla Bradshaw.
Motion by Randy Loftis and second by Charla Bradshaw to accept
the final plat filed by Hillwood/Willow Bend,Ltd. for a 29.431
acre tract of land in the Josiah Walker Survey, Abstract No. 1604,
to be known as Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Aikman Addition to the
Town of Westlake.
Motion carried unanimously.
No other business was brought before the Planning & Zoning
Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
