REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD MAY 18, 2016. 2.
EXECUTIVE SESSION 3.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, for the following:
Sec. 551.071. CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY
(a) Consultation with Attorney seeking advice of its attorney about pending or
contemplated litigation: MMA Capital
Sec. 551.072. DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
(b) Deliberation concerning (1) the possible sale, (2) the possible refinancing and/or
restructure of debt, and (3) the offer from Nimes Capital, concerning Town Lake
Apartments in Austin
RECONVENE MEETING 4.
TAKE ANY ACTION, IF NEEDED, FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS 5.

RECEIVE UPDATES FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON OPERATIONS AND 6.
CONSIDER APPROVAL OF BUDGETS FOR EACH PROPERTY.
CONSIDER WEBSITE AUTOMATION TO ENABLE PAYMENT AND APPLICATIONS 7.
VIA WEB WITH SONNY RATH, CEO & OWNER GRID365.
RECEIVE UPDATES FROM BRYANT FISHER REGARDING SMART BOARDS FOR 8.
WESTLAKE AND CONSIDER POSSIBLE PURCHASE.
ADJOURNMENT 9.
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
