TOWN OF
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENI
PRESENT: Chairman Carol Langdon, Board Members: Rick Rennhack, Wayne Stoltenberg
and Laura Wheat.
ABSENT: Michael Barrett and Clif Cox.
OTHERS PRESENT: Town Manager Tom Brymer, Assistant to the Town Manager
Amanda DeGan, Town Secretary Kelly Edwards, Planning and
Development Director Eddie Edwards, Fire Chief Richard Whitten,
Director of Public Works Jarrod Greenwood, and Management
Analyst Alora Wachholz.
Chairman Langdon called to order at 5:18 p.m.

12,2012, MEETING.
MOTION: Member Rennhack made a motion to approve the minutes.
Member Stoltenberg seconded the motion. The motion carried by
a vote of 4-0.

Planning and Development Director Eddie Edwards provided an overview of the request.
Chairman Langdon introduced the item and opened the public hearing.
Mrs. Angela Bowers, applicant, spoke in favor of the variance which would allow for
additional family activities.
Chairman Langdon closed the public hearing.
MOTION: Member Rennhack made a motion to approve the request based
on the meeting the criteria outline for a variance. Member
Stoltenberg seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote
of 4-0.
There being no further business to come before the board, Chairman Langdon asked for
a motion to adjourn.
MOTION: Member Stoltenberg made a motion to adjourn. Member
Rennhack seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of
4-0.
Chairman Langdon adjourned the meeting at 5:25 p.m.
