MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE) HELD APRIL 21, 2016 AT
99 Trophy Club Drive

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Tracy Schornack, Mark Harrow, & Bryant
Fisher.

1. CALL TO ORDER
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m. Recess to enter
Executive Session at 6:09 p.m. Adjourn Executive Session at 7:35.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING ON MARCH 28, 2016.
MOTION: Director Fisher made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 28,
2016 meeting. Director Harrow seconded the motion. The motion carried
by a vote of 4-0.
3. RECEIVE UPDATES FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON OPERATIONS.
DISCUSSION: Director Schornack discussed bank balances, Town Lake condition of
Accounts Payable and options to assist property.
4. RECEIVE UPDATES ON SCHOLARSHIPS AT TOWN LAKE AND COLLEGE
STATION PROJECTS FROM EXECUITVE DIRECTOR.
DISCUSSION: Scholarship count per property compared to last year. One full
scholarship for one Westlake Academy student.
5. RECEIVE UPDATES FROM BRYAN FISHER REGARDING SMART BOARDS FOR
WESTLAKE AND DISCUSS

DISCUSSION: Bryant deferred as he has not yet held a meeting with the Westlake Personnel.
6. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION CONCERNING PROPOSAL FOR DISPOSITION
OF TOWNLAKE PROJECT.
DISCUSSION: Discussed but no action was taken at this time.
7. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER LAWSUIT FILED BY ITG CAPITAL AGAINST BNY
MELLON
DISCUSSION: Discussed but no action was taken at this time.
8. ADJOURN.
All agenda items having been addressed, President Bradley
adjourned the meeting at 8:18 p.m.
