Consider a resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute an interlocal agreement with the
Town of Trophy Club for employee services.
Staff recommends approval.
In order to hire highly qualified employees for the Town, the Town must provide benefits for
those employees. By entering into this interlocal agreement with Trophy Club for employee
services, the Town will be able to provide benefits for its employees without having to pay the
large fees that would be charges for a staff of two employees.
Employees included will be Ginger Crosswy and Mary Midgette.
The contract allows additional hires as deemed necessary by the Town Manager. The processing
administration fee for this service will be $10.00 per month per employee.
