NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
conduct public hearings commencing at 7:00 p.m. on November
18, 1991 at the Town Hall, Three Village Circle, Suite 207,
Westlake, Texas to consider the following.
1. A Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Westlake.
2. Amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to
Permit a new zoning classification entitled "PD -Planned
Development Districts".
3. A new Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the Town of
Westlake.
4. A rezoning request to rezone the Circle T Ranch, a
ranch consisting of 2000 acres of land, from "L -Low
Density Residential" and "P -Planned Office Park" to
"PD -Planned Development District".
