NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission
of the Town of Westlake, Texas will conduct public hearings
commencing at 7:00 p.m. on November 4, 1991 at the Town Hall,
Three Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas to consider
the following agenda:
1., Public Hearing on a Comprehensive Plan for the
Town of Westlake.
2. Consider recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on
the Comprehensive Plan.
3. Consider amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ord-
inance to permit a new zoning classification entitled
"PD -Planned Development Districts".
4. Consider a new Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the
Town of Westlake.
5. Consider recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the Town of
Westlake.
6. Public Hearing to consider a request to rezone the
Circle T Ranch, a ranch consisting of 2000 acres of
land, from "L -Low Density Residential" and "P -Planned
Office Park" to "PD -Planned Development District
7. Consider recommendation to the Board of Aldermen on
the rezoning of the Circle T Ranch.
8. Discussion of developmemt plans concerning the Circle T
Ranch.
