MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE) HELD MARCH 28, 2016 AT
Westlake Town Hall

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Tracy Schornack, Mark Harrow, Bryant
Fischer and Trish Howard.
OTHERS PRESENT: Randy Quick
1. CALL TO ORDER
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING ON MARCH 8, 2016.
MOTION: Director Schornack made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 8,
2016 meeting. Director Harrow seconded the motion. The motion carried
by a vote of 5-0. Bryant Fisher made a motion to accept either spelling of
either Town Lake or Townlake to the board. Director Schornack seconded
the motion. The motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
3. RECEIVE REPORT FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR INCLUDING MEETINGS
WITH ASSET CAMPUS AND NIMES CAPITAL.
DISCUSSION: Director Schornack discussed the current situation with Asset Campus and
Nimes Capital.
4. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION CONCERNING PROPOSAL FOR DISPOSITION
OF TOWNLAKE PROJECT.

DISCUSSION: Board recessed into executive session at 6:18
It is our understanding that A2 Bonds are subordinate to Al.
Executive session adjourned at 8:30 p.m. Regular session
reconvened. No action to be taken at this time.
5. ADJOURN. All agenda items having been addressed, President Bradley
adjourned the meeting at 8:31 p.m.
