A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMIEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,
TEXAS EXPRESSING ITS IN'T'ENT TO ANNEX THE STAGECOACH HILLS
SUBDIVISION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Stagecoach Hills Subdivision lies within the R.
Baker Survey, Abstract 108 of Tarrant County, Texas, and is within
the extra -territorial jurisdiction of the Town of Westlake; and
WHEREAS, the residents of Stagecoach Hills have submitted a
petition for annexation to the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen is desirous of annexing the.
Stagecoach Hills Subdivision to the Town of Westlake, but there are
several issues that need to be resolved from both the standpoint of
the Board as well as the standpoint of the residents of Stagecoach
Hills before the annexation can be enacted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That it is the intent of the Board of Aldermen to
annex the Stagecoach Hills Subdivision into the Town of Westlake,
Texas.
Section 2. That this resolution will become effective upon
its passage and approval.
