A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS OF 1-11E TOinT OF WES`l'LAKE
APPOINTIING A MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR THE TOWN; TO BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON
ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL.
WHEREAS, Section 29.005 of the Texas Government Code provides
that a municipality shall appoint a municipal judge whose term will
run concurrently with the Mayor's term of office; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Westlake has an Interlocal Cooperation
Agreement with the Town of Trophy Club whereby Trophy Club's
Municipal Court will serve as the Municipal Court for the Town of
Westlake; and
WHEREAS, Brad Bradley is the Municipal Judge for the Town of
Trophy Club and has been serving as Municipal Judge for the Town of
Westlake when the Westlake citations are handled by the Trophy Club
Municipal Court; NOW, THEREFORE,

TEXAS THAT:
Section 1: Brad Bradley is hereby appointed as the Municipal
Judge for the Town. of Westlake, Texas.
Section 2: That this resolution shall become effective upon
its passage and approval.
