WHEREAS, Maguire/Thomas Partners - Westlake/Southlake
Partnership desires to name one of the private drives in the
Westlake Campus "Campus Circle" as shown in red on the attached
Exhibit "A";
WHEREAS, such name for this private drive is required to
provide postal service to the buildings located in the Westlake
Campus; and
WHEREAS, proper notice and hearing having been given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
That the private drive as shown in red on the attached Exhibit
"A" is hereby named Campus Circle.
That the recitations set forth above are hereby adopted and
declared to be true and correct.
PASSED AND APPROVED this /"7day of March, 1994.
