A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED TO THE STATE OF TEXAS ON PROPERTY
ACQUIRED AS S.H. 114 RIGHT-OF-WAY; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, does hereby approve, adopt and agreed to quit
claim a tract of land to the State of Texas, said tract being
acquired for S.H. 114 Right -of -Way. The description of the tract
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to execute the quit claim deed on behalf of
the Town of Westlake.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, this the .41'r day of October, 1993.
