CALL TO ORDER. 2. DISCUSS ESTABLISHING THE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN. 3. DISCUSS A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE WESTLAKE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ESTABLISH A RESIDENTIAL AIRPARK ZONING CATEGORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR STAGECOACH HILLS. 4. DISCUSS APPOINTING A BOARD OF ALDERMAN LIAISON TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION. 5. ADJOURNMENT. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.071 to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or other legal matters not related directly to litigation or settlement. Pending or contemplated litigation and settlement offers include but are not limited to the following: i. City of Roanoke v. Town of Westlake, Cause No. 02-01-00290-CV(Second Court of Appeals) ii. Town of Westlake v. City of Roanoke (Johnny's Automotive tract), Cause No. 2003-20243-158 (158th Judicial District Court of Denton County, Texas) B. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters. C. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. 3. RECONVENE MEETING. 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION ACTION. 5. CITIZENS' PRESENTATIONS: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board on any matter whether or not it is posted on the agenda. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTER-LOCAL AGREEMENT WITH TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, REGARDING THE REHABILITATION OF J. T. OTTINGER AND ROANOKE ROADS. 10. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING CHUCK SCHULTZ TO THE TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS. 11. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING OFFICIAL INTENT TO REIMBURSE CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT COSTS OF A PERFORMING ARTS FACILITY. 12. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER PLAN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE MUNICIPAL CAMPUS. 13. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below are considered routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. A. Review and approve minutes of the Board of Aldermen workshop, the regular Board of Aldermen meeting, and the 50th Anniversary Committee Workshop held on February 26, 2007. B.
