NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th
day of December, 1990 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of
Westlake, Texas for the purpose of considering the following
agenda:
--.l. Consideration of a contract between the Town and
Tarrant County Health Department regarding Food
Establishment and Public Swimming Pool inspection
services.
2. Discussion with IBM/Maguire Thomas representatives.
3. Consideration of a franchise with GTE.
4A, 4. Executive Session: The Board will convene in
executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17,
Sections 2(e) and 2 (f) , V.A.T.S. to:
a. Consult with its attorney in regard to the
lawsuit filed by R. Carter Pate, Liquidating
Trustee against the Town.
