NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th
day of November, 1990 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of
Westlake, Texas for the purpose of considering the follow-
ing agenda:
1. Consideration of a contract between the Town
and Tarrant Countv Health Department regard-
ing Food Establishment and Public Swimming
Pool inspection services.
2. Considerating of the annual payment of dues to
Metroport Cities Partnership.
3. Discussion regarding the Town's Cable television
service.
4. Discussion regarding a donation to the Roanoke
Library.
5. Discuss purchasing a computer for the Town.
6. Executive Session: The Board will convene in
executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17,
Sections 2(e) and 2(f), V. A. T. S. to:
a. Consult with its attorney in regard to the
lawsuit filed by R. Carter Pate, Liquidating
Trustee against the Town.
