NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th
day of August, 1990 at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of
Westlake, Texas for the purpose of considering the follow-
ing agenda:
1. Consideration of a Fire and Rescue Service Agree-
ment between the Town of Westlake and the Town of
Trophy Club/Municipal Utility District #1.
2. Consideration of an Emergency Services Agreement
between the Town of Westlake and the Town of Trophy
Club/Municipal Utility District #1.
3. Executive Session: The Board will convene in
executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17,
Sections 2(e) and 2(f), V.A.T.S. to:
a. Consult with its attorney in regard to the
lawsuit filed by R. Carter Pate, Liquidating
Trustee against the Town.
