NOTICE OF REGULAR METING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:00
p.m. on Monday, November 8, 1999, in Room I & 2 of the Education Center, 3 Village Circle, in
the Town of Westlake, Texas. (Note location change.) The Board will open the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
and recess into executive session. The Board will then reconvene into open session at 7:30 p.m. The
Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.071
to seek advice of counsel on legal matters involving pending or contemplated litigation,
settlement offers, or other legal matters not related directly to litigation or settlement.
Pending or contemplated litigation and settlement offers include but are not limited to
the following:
i. Competing applications of the Town of Westlake and the Circle T Municipal
Utility Districts Nos. 1 and .2 for Certificate of Convenience and Necessity, SOAH
Docket Nos. 482-97-0134 and -0175
B. Reconvene into open meeting at 7:30 p.m.
3. Consider and take action necessary with respect to any of the pending matters in Item 42
above.
4. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on October 25, 1999.
5. Consider and take action on an ordinance establishing construction site maintenance
guidelines.
6. Conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider and take action on an ordinance approving an
application filed by GlenWyek Farms, Ltd. requesting a variance to the Town's sign standards.
7. Consider a resolution refunding unused portion of GlenWyck farms Site Plan application fee.
8. Consider an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County for street maintenance within the Town
of Westlake.
9. Consider an interlocal cooperative purchasing program agreement with the City of Grapevine.
10. Review and approve any outstanding bills.
11. Adjournment.

The Board of Aldermen may at any time convene into executive session as authorized by Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code to discuss any item posted on the agenda.
