NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING �I -
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 7:30
p.m. on Monday, August 23, 1999, in Suite 200, 3 Village Circle, in the Town ofWestlake, Texas.
(Note location change.) The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Citizens' Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board on any matter
whether or not it is posted on the agenda. The Board will not take action on any presentation
made to the Board at this time concerning an item not listed on the agenda.
3. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on August 9, 1999 and the special
meeting held on August 17, 1999.
4. Review and approve any outstanding bills.
5. Consider and take action to continue the Town's participation in the Trophy Club/Westlake
Teen Court.
6. Consider and take action on an Ordinance creating a Municipal Court Building Security Fund.
7. Consider and take action on an Ordinance creating a Municipal Court Technology Fund.
8. Consider and take action to authorize the Town Secretary to spend up to $4000.00 on furniture
for the new offices.
9. Consider and take action to authorize the Town Secretary to spend up to $4000.00 on a new
phone system for the new offices.
10. Approve the audit report prepared by Charles Haynes CPA for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1998.
11. Consider and take action to select one or more finalists for the Town Manager position.
12. Adjournment.

TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 8:00
a.m. on Monday, August 23, 1999, in the Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the
Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Administer oath of office to newly elected Alderman (Bill Frey).
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government
Code section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters including the appointment of a Town
Manager.
4. Reconvene into open meeting.
5. Adjournment.
