NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 1999, in the Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the
Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Consider an Ordinance canvassing the results of the August 14, 1999, special election of one
Alderman.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074
to discuss personnel matters including the appointment of a Town Manager.
4. Reconvene into open meeting.
5. Adjournment.

Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Saturday, August 14, 1999, at 5:00 p.m.,
