NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas
will hold a meeting at 7:00 p.m, on Thursday, August 5, 1999, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a preliminary plat submitted by AIL Investment, L.P. for
98.5 acres of property located east of Roanoke Road, south of proposed Dove Road, and north
and west of the Westlake Town boundary.
3. Consider and take action on a recommendation to the Board of Aldermen regarding a
preliminary plat submitted by AIL Investment, L.P. for 98.5 acres of property located east of
Roanoke Road, south of proposed Dove Road, and north and west of the Westlake Town
boundary.
4. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a site plan submitted by AIL Investment, L.P. for 98.5 acres
of property located east of Roanoke Road, south of proposed Dove Road, and north and west of
the Westlake Town boundary.
5. Consider and take action on a recommendation to the Board of Aldermen regarding a site plan
submitted by AIL Investment, L.P. for 98.5 acres of property located east of Roanoke Road,
south of proposed Dove Road, and north and west of the Westlake Town boundary.
6. Adjournment
