Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, will meet at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 1999, in Suite 207, 3 Village Circle, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
The Board will open the meeting at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Consider and take action on a revised interlocal agreement between the Town of Westlake and
the City of Southlake for temporary water and sewer service and wastewater treatment.
3. Consider and take action on payment of any outstanding bills.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074
to discuss applications for the position of Town Manager,
5. Reconvene into open meeting.
6. Consider and take action necessary with respect to any of the pending matters in Item #4
above.
7. Adj ournment.

Notice is hereby given that the following items are added to the agenda of the Board of Aldermen of
the Town of Westlake, Texas, for its special meeting on Thursday, July 29, 1999, beginning at 6:00
p.m. in Suite 207, 3 Village Circle, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
3. Consider and take action to request admission to the Denton Creek Regional Wastewater
System as a contracting parry.
Items #3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 on the original agenda will be renumbered as Items #4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
The emergency or urgent public necessity for adding the emergency item to the agenda is that the
request must be submitted to the Trinity River Authority before their August meeting.
