NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 6:00
p.m. on Monday, March 2, 1998, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in
the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will open the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and recess into executive
session. The Board will then reconvene into open session at 7:30 p.m. The Board will consider the
following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION (6:00 p.m.):
A. The Board will conduct a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Government Code to
seek or receive its attorneys' advice with regard to pending or contemplated litigation
involving the Town and Aldermen including, but not limited to the following:
i. Hillwood Corporation, et at. vs. Scott Bradley, et al;
ii. City of Roanoke vs. Town of Westlake;
iii. Town of Westlake vs. City of Southlake;
iv. Town of Westlake vs. City of Ft. Worth;
V. Other contemplated or pending litigation-,
B. Reconvene meeting at 7:30 p.m.
3. Consider and take action necessary with respect to any of the pending matters in item 92 above,
or other contemplated actions against parties involved in actions to destroy the Town.
4. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on February 16, 1998.
5. Citizens' Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board on any matter
whether or not it is posted on the agenda. The Board will not take action on any presentation
made to the Board at this time concerning an item not listed on the agenda.
6. Review and approve any bills paid or unpaid.
7. Consider and take action to change the regular meeting dates from the first and third Mondays
to the second and fourth Mondays of each month beginning in April.

8. Consider adopting a resolution appointing Walter Fitzpatrick as an alternate Municipal Count
Judge for the Town.
9. Consider a proclamation designating April 19 - 25 as "National Volunteer Week".
10. Authorize the purchase of two (2) filing cabinets for the Town Hall.
11. Other business: Discussion by the Board of Aldermen of items of importance and concern not
listed on the agenda. No action or vote will be taken on any of these items.
12. Adjourn
