Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of flee Town of
Westlake, Tars, will meet at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 14, 1997, ai the C
Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of
Westlake, Texas, to conduct a hearing puzsuant to Section 21.002 of the
Texas Local GoverAment Code to hear the complaint filed by
Alderman, Howard. Dudley to determine whether car not Mayor Scutt
Bradley should be removed from office.
I certify that the above was posted on the £front door of the Town. Hall of Westlake, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, Westlake, Texas on Saturday, April 26; 1997 at 10:45
o'clock, AM, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code.

The hearing currently scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of April, 1997
will be held at that time and date for the purpose of determining whehter Mayor Scott
Bradley is guilty of the charges made against him in the Complaint that was filed
against him on April 14, 1997 and for determining whether he should be removed
from office.
The LOCATION of that hearing, however, has changed, and the hearing will
be held at the North Dining Room - Second Level at 7 Campus Circle, Solana (the old
IBM area).
