Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
meet at 5:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 1996 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider a resolution
ratifying and confilUling the appointment of the Directors of and all actions taken by the
Lone Star Public Facilities Corporation, authorizing the acquisition and leasing of public
facilities by the Lon: Star Public Facilities Corporation and resolving related matters.
