NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZEN'S OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet
in executive session at 6:00 pan. nn Monday, September 9, 1996 at the Westlake Town Hall,
3 'Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board will conduct
a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Government Cade to seek or receive its attorney's
advice with regard to legal matters, as permitted by Section 551.071 of the Government Code;
to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, as permitted by Section
551.072 of the Government Code; and to discuss personnel. matters as permitted by Section
551.074 of the Government Cade. Thereafter, the Board of Aldermen will meet at 7;00 p,m.
to consider the following agenda:
Meeting called to order; approve the minutes of the August 12, 1996 regular
meeting.
2. Consider payment of the Town's share for the oversizing and looping of the
waterline in Wyck Hill 'Lane and Dove Road.
3. Consider $12,0661 payment to Southlake-Coventry, Ltd., the developer of
Coventry subdivision in Southlake, for the cast of oversizing sower N-1.
4. Consider a resolution authorizing all lawful efforts to (a) dissolve Lake Turner
Municipal Utility District No. 1, Lake Turner Municipal Utility District No. 2
and Lake Turner Municipal Utility District No. 3 and (b) secure water and sewer
facilities for the Town.
5. Consider an ordinance adopting the most current edition of the Uniform Plumbing
Code.
6. Consider contract with Tarrant County Health 'Department for food and pool
inspections in the fiscal year ending Septe-mber 30, 1997.
7, Consider a new or revised contract with Metroplex Engineering Const:ltants, Inc.
for engineering services.
8, Other lousiness: Discussion by board of Aldermen on items of importance and
concern not listed on the. agenda. No action or vote will be taken on any of these
items.
9. Adjourn.
