NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice if hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
meet at 7.00 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 1996 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will
consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order.
2. Consider an agreement with Westlake Estate Partners, Ltd. regarding the
development of the 23.22 -acre tract of land in the G.B. Hendricks Survey,
Abstract No. 680, to be known as The Estates, an addition to the Town of
Westlake.
3. Adjourn.
