NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet
at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 1995 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will consider the
following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order; approve the minutes of the October 9, 1995 regular
meeting.
2. Citizens' Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board
on items not posted on the agenda. The Board will not take action on any
presentations made to the Board at this time.
3. Consider the preliminary plat filed by Realty Capital Corporation for a 23.22 -acre
tract of land in the G. B. Hendricks Survey, Abstract No. 680, to be known as
The Estates, an Addition to the Town of Westlake.
4. Presentation by Laidlaw Waste Systems.
5. Consider an Ordinance requiring the installation of automatic fire extinguishing
systems in all buildings of any area, size or occupancy built after the date of the
Ordinance with the limited exceptions provided in the Ordinance.
6. Consider an Ordinance imposing charges for false alarms to the 911 System.
7. Consider a resolution supporting the establishment of a joint Teen Court.
8. Consider authorizing the purchase of a copy machine.
9. Discuss status of the Northeast Tarrant County Regional Water Supply Study.
10. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items of importance and
concern not listed on the agenda. No action or vote will be taken on any of these
items.
It. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board will conduct a closed session under Chapter
551 of the Government Code to consult with its Attorney concerning pending or
contemplated litigation, as permitted by Section 551.071 of the Government
Code; to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, as
permitted by Section 551.072 of the Government Code; and to discuss personnel
matters as permitted by Section 551.074 of the Government Code.
