NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet
at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 10th day of October, 1994, at the Westlake Town Hail, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will
consider the following agenda:
1. Consider the minutes from September 12, 1994 Board meeting.
2. Citizens Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the
Board on items not posted on the agenda. The Board will not take action
on any presentation made to the Board at this time.
3. Consider an ordinance revising the rates of Lone Star Gas Company.
4. Consider an ordinance ordering an election to submit a proposition on the
question of the adoption of an additional sales and use tax under the
provisions of Section 4B of the Development Corporation Act.
5. Consider annexation of an approximate 58 acre tract of land that is part
of the Circle T Ranch.
6. Consider annexation of the remaining lots in the Carpenter Addition.
7. Consider a status report on the annexation of Stagecoach Hills.
8. Consider amending Ordinance No. 224, Street Perimeter Fee Ordinance,
to prohibit waiver of the fee if a roadway is constructed by a municipal
utility district.
9. Receive presentation on proposed drainage regulations.
10. Consider making a contribution to the Roanoke Library.
11. Executive Session: The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to discuss any of the
following:
Section 551.07 "Consultation with Attorney and pending or
contemplated litigation. "
12. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items of importance
and concern not listed on the agenda. No action or vote will be taken on
any of these items.
