NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE T014N OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th
day of October, 1991 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite #207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas.
The Board of Aldermen will consider the following agenda:
1. Appointment of an Alderman to replace Alderman
Carroll Huntress.
2. Administer Oath of Office to new Alderman.
3. Appoint a Mayor Pro Tern.
4. Authorize Aldermen to sign Ordinance #183 and
Ordinance #187 granting a franchise to GTE.
5. Consider making a donation to the Humane Society
of North Texas/Roanoke Animal Shelter.
6. _Consider an amendment to the Contractual Agreement
for Right of Way Procurement with the State Department
of Public Highways and Transportation.
7. Consider engaging consultants with regard to zoning
ordinances.
8. Consider adoption of Ordinance fulfilling certain
requirements of the Local Government Records Act
of 1989.
9. Consideration of a contract between the Town of West-
lake and the Tarrant County Health Department regard-
ing Food Establishment and Public Swimming Pool inspect-
ion services.
10. Executive Session: The Board will convene in Execu-
tive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections 2(e)
and (f) Vernons Anotated Texas Statutes to:
a. Consult with its attorney in regard to the lawsuit
filed by P. Carter pate, Liquidating Trustee,
against the Town.
