NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TUWW OF WEOTL4KI, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p,m. on Monday, the 12th day of
September, 1994 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite
207, Solara, in the `T'awn of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen
will consider.- the following agenda:
1. Consider the minutes from August 8, 1994 Board reeving.
2. Citizens Presentations: This is an opportunity for
citizens to address the Board on items not posted on
the agenda. The Board will not l=ake action on any
presentation made to the Board at this time.
3. Consider an ordinance revising the xates of bone Star Ga
C. ompany ,
4. Consider an ordinance ordering an election to submit a
Proposition on the question of the adoption of an
additional sales and use tax under the provisions of
Section 4B of the Development Corporation Act.
5. Discuss Articles IV thru VII of the Westlake unified
Development Code.
6. Consider a resolution appointing a municipal judge for the
Town.
7. Executive Session: The Beard will conduct a closed
session pursuant to Chapter 551 of the TexaS Govornment
Cade to discuss any of the following:
a. Section 551.071 "Consultation with Attorney and
sending or contemplated litigation.
8. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items
of importance and concern not: listed on the agenda. No
action or vote will be taken on any of these items.
