NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF V SAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that tY-. drd of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:k- ..m. on the 24th day of August,
1992 at Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite #207, Solana,
in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will
consider the following agenda:
1. Reconsider an ordinance adopting a Comprehensive Plan for
the Town of Westlake.
2.* Discussion concerning the proposed Unified Development
Code for Westlake.
3.* Executive Session: The Board will convene in Executive
Session pursuant to Article 5252-17, Section 2(e)
Vernon's Annotated Texas Statutes to:
(a) Consult with its attorneys in regard to the lawsuit
filed by R. Carter Pate, Trustee of NBH Liquidating
Trust.
