NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet
at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 8th day of August, 1994 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village
Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will
consider the following agenda:
1. Consider the minutes from July 11, 1994 Board meeting.
2. Citizens Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board
on items not posted on the agenda. The Board will not take action on any
presentation made to the Board at this time.
3. Consider an ordinance annexing land owned by Mr. and Mrs. Don Medford.
4. Consider an ordinance annexing land owned by Mr. and Mrs. Abe Bush.
5. Consider a contract with Tarrant County Health Department's Consumer Health
Division for inspection services during the fiscal year 1994-95.
6. Consider approving signage for Buildings 1 thru 8 in the Maguire Thomas
Partners (Solana) complex.
7. Discuss Articles I thru III of the Westlake Unified Development Code.
8. Consider an ordinance enacting a street perimeter fee.
9. Discussion concerning utility service within Westlake.
10. Consider a resolution appointing a municipal judge for the Town.
11. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items of importance and
concern not listed on the agenda. No action or vote will be taken on any of these
items.
12. Executive Session: The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code to discuss any of the following:
a. Section 551.071 "Consultation with Attorney and pending or contemplated
litigation. "
b. Section 551.074 "Personnel Matters - Town Secretary."
13. Consider any appropriate action with regard to the hiring of a Town Secretary.
