NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p -m. on Monday, the 11th day of
July, 1954 at the Westlake Town Fall, 3 village Circle, Suite 207,
Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will
consider the following agenda:
1_ Consider an ordinance annexing land owned by David A.
Brown.
2. Consider an ordinance annexing land owned by Mr. and Mrs.
Dwayne Mahan.
3. Consider an ordinance annexing land known as Stagecoach
Hills.
4. Consider a proposed preliminary plat for Westwood
Addition.
5. Discuss Articles I thru III of the Westlake Unified
Development Code.
6. Consider appointing member to the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
7. Discuss and consider any appropriate action concerning a
Town Secretary.
8. Discuss and consider any appropriate action concerning
chancing the regular monthly meeting date of the Board,
9. Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a
contract with Texas Department of Transportation for the
maintenance of state highways within Westlake.
10. Consider a resolution authorizing participation with other
mid -Cities in contesting the Lone Star Gas rate request.
11, Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen ori items
of importance and concern not listed on the agenda. No
action or vote will be taken on any of these items.
