HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-10-95 TC AgendaTOWN OF WF TLAKE, TES NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 1995 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The Board of Aldermen will consider the following agenda: 1. Meeting called to order; approve the minutes of the June 12, 1995 regular meeting. 2. Citizens' Presentations: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Beard on items not posted on the agenda. The Baard will not tape action on any presentations made to the Board at this time. 3. Presentation by Liz Evans of Texas municipal League concerning insurance coverage for the Town and its officials, and consider purchasing insurance from Texas Municipal League. 4. Consider an interlocal agreement with the City of Southlake to snare a sewer line to be placed in Kirkwood Branch and Higgins Branch. S. Consider Ordinance proposed by GTE Southwest Incorporated, providing for a flat -fee contract for GTE's use of the Town's ri &hts of way, 6. Consider adoption of a Special Building Permit Fess schedule. 7. Consider a preliminary plat and s final plat filed by HillwoodlWillow Bend, Ltd. for a 29.431 -acre tract of land in the Josiah Walker Survey, Abstract No. 1604, to be known as Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Aikman Addition to the Town of Westlake. S. Consider renewal of contract with Tarrant County Health Department for inspection services in fiscal year 1995-1996. 9. Appoint election judges for August 12, 1995 sales tax election (proposed: Vonnie Carpenter, judge, and Ralph Carpenter, alternate). 10. Other business: Discussion by Board of Aldermen on items of importance and concern not listed on the agenda. No action or vote will be taken on any of these items. 11. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to consult with its Attorney and to discuss pending or contemplated litigation, as permitted by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code; and to discuss personnel matters as permitted by Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. 12.
